Exceptional service and knowledge!. Dave Freeman and apprentice Hugo came and serviced/fixed my Fujitsu HP at home and I could not be happier. Dave is a "guru" and the way he went about diagnosing and fixing the issue was testament to his many years of experience in the HVAC industry. It was great he was able to part his knowledge onto young Hugo the future of the industry which was/is invaluable. Both were friendly and a real pleasure to deal with. These guys are great. They installed a new heat transfer system at our house. Fast service with great communication after initial contact was made. Tidy crew while the job was underway and we'll priced. Would highly recommend and will definitely use again for future needs.

I cannot overstate how happy we are that we included central aircon in our reno plans for our home. The whole house is always just... perfectly comfortable. John-Paul and his team were knowledgeable and great at giving us clear advice on what we needed. I appreciated how simple the process was, and I would 100% recommend them. I particularly appreciated how patient and easy going John-Paul was when our dog kept insisting he throw her toy for her. The dog is also enjoying the comfortable temperatures in the house.

Just wanted to give a big thumbs up for Winter Electrical. We needed to replace an old switchboard in our garage and to upgrade the lighting. Harry was very professional, listening to and answering all our questions. The work was completed in a timely manner, to a high standard and with super attention to detail... even though it was only for a garage! He kept in touch throughout the process and the garage is now well-lit and feels safe. We were very happy with all the work Chase did too, again a huge difference. Excellent service from Jacob and his team. Contacted on Tuesday am and Jake was able to come out that afternoon, Air con unit needed replacing which is what we thought as very old but not before full diagnostics undertaken. New unit ordered and installed couple of days later. Superb communication throughout, everything cleaned and vacuumed after installation. Great to see a new business in upper hutt. Recommend to others in the Wellington region.
